We stayed at the Berns Hotel for two nights before leaving on a cruise. It was a lovely choice. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

Loved the spacious suite we stayed in which was very comfortable. But the most enjoyable part of this stay was the front deck staff which went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. The first night we decided to order out for Uber Eats but the restaurant website wasn't in English so the front desk clerk did the order for me and met the driver as well. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the former hotel ballroom.

Great hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Some of the standard basic rooms are rather small but adequate for a few days. Staff in the hotel were lovely, friendly & helpful. Service with a smile. There is a super breakfast served every morning in the grand old dining room. Not to be missed. There is also a fine Asian restaurant serving dinner in the evening. I would certainly be happy to stay there again should I be visiting Stockholm.

Booked two rooms of the "Essential" type for a weekend stay. These seem to be located on 5th floor and have varying sizes and layouts but similar amenities. They are generally nice, and the bathrooms are quite decent. It is worth noting that there is a nightclub close to the hotel rooms, and in one of the rooms that was definitely audible, but not untenable. The other room was very silent, and the front desk staff was accommodating of preferences to this matter. The hotel restaurant, Berns Asiatiska, is excellent and I highly recommend it. Food is great, the venue is beautiful and the staff is friendly. This is also where breakfast is served, which was also quite good and excellent value. The location of the hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway and I would definitely return here. There is a myriad of things to visit and see in that part of the city as well as a great variety of restaurants in the area.
