Stunning location!

Lovely hotel in a stunning location in Kotor Bay. Rooms are comfortable, with amazing views over the water. It’s great to be able to access the Beach Club while staying at the hotel, and to enjoy a dip in the sea followed by a glass of wine. Staff at both the hotel and beach club are very friendly and professional. Looking forward to a return trip!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile to ensure our visit was perfect. I loved the beach club across the road, with sea access, which is free to use for the hotel guests. Only 1 drawback is the parking - or lack of it. Often people would be double parked in a very small car park, with very little parking available on the roads.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2025 and loved our stay. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast every morning. The views of kotor bay are unreal at this location. It is very walkable to many restaurants and there is a small market close by to get bottled water and other beverages & snacks. A long promenade to walk along the water gets you off the busy road on the other side and where you can get to the restaurants. We rented a car while here and driving around is easy and a great option. Lots of free parking at the hotel. There is a pool and a small beach club on kotor bay, this has a snack bar and drink service. The hotel provides you with beach towels. Overall great stay!

We really had a good time in this hotel . View was amazing, looking to the mountains and water from balcony . The only thing streets are very narrow and sometimes difficult to park. But it was very convenient if you rent a boat for a trip, they pick you up right in front of the hotel . Another thing we really liked the buffet breakfast, they had a lot of food variety. The location of the hotel was very convenient . Thank you so much to all the staff, they were great . Last but not least , if you need to do laundry, they will do it for you too. Thanks.

Very nice boutique hotel with beautiful views on the Kotor Bay! Attentive and friendly stuff, nice and quiet pool area, access to a water front (can’t call it a beach) with lounge chairs and umbrellas . Walking distance to restaurants coffee shops annd oyster farms. Hotel needs a repairman to fix some obvious items like peeling wallpaper in the hall and stained carpets in the rooms ! Other than that I loved it!

A very mixed experience at Palazzo del Mare....a tad Fawty Towers! The hotel website describes a restaurant on site. This was not the case and the kitchen was still being built when we were there. The manager pointed out to us that other restaurants were only a short walk away - which wasn't really the point. The hotel looks great at the outset but has the feeling that it was thrown up while skipping many corners. Temperatures at night were in the low 30s and the air conditioning in our room shut down at 3am three nights in a row and didn't return. Despite advertising that their reception is 24 hours, there was never anyone available in the middle of the night. After the first sleepless night, we let the lovely staff at reception know and they told us the engineer was coming to look at it. After the second sleepless night, we were a little more peeved and were told we could speak to the manager 'down at the bar'. He offered us a free drink which we declined and promised it wouldn't happen again. Sure enough it did happen again and was only fixed at 4am. On communicating that this wasn't good enough, we were comp'd our spa massages and assured a refund of one night stay. He took our bank details but 5 weeks later, no such refund and he has ignored our messages. Overall: beautiful views, lovely reception staff, poor breakfast, corners cut (e.g. bathrooms have no shelves and lighting is non existent, shower floods room after use) and extremely unprofessional manager.

Lovely boutique hotel with fabulous views. We had a sea view room which was spacious and great for sitting out on the balcony, but also you could take in the spectacular views having breakfast outside or from the loungers overlooking the water. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and local and we really enjoyed the different options. It’s a long walk into Kotor which we did once, plus there are limited evening dining options within a short walking distance. On a couple of evenings we walked 25/40 minutes to restaurants further towards Kotor. The hotel had easy parking and a small pool and there was a supermarket close by. The beach bar loungers were great and there was a large sectioned off sea area for swimming. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

100% recommended! Just in front of the lake.... and the views are phenomenal! We're so glad we were just outside kotor as it was quieter. The beach bar across is cool and wasn't too crowded. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We arrived at 1am due to flight delays and there is a 24hrs receptionist that helped us promptly. Spacious rooms. Definitely need a car there as taxis are pretty dear. We were about 10-20 mins from Kotor depending on traffic. Loved it ... thank you!

Værelse: Værelset levede ikke op til forventningerne. Man skulle låse sin dør op 3 gange, før den reelt åbenede. Deres 'fancy' lyssystem fungerede ikke - og vi brugte uendelige mængder tid på at forsøge at tænde og slukke lyset. Toiletpapir holderen var ved at falde ud af væggen og indtrykket var generelt virkelig fladt relativt til prisen. Reception: Oplevede desværre ikke en hjælpsom reception. Informationerne var begrænsede og når man italesatte en mangel - f.eks. at kaffemaskinen var løbet tør for kaffe, så gik der en halv time før de gjorde noget ved det. Ikke pga travlhed eller tilsvarende. Super underligt. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Mens receptionen var ved at hjælpe os, så begyndte de at hjælpe andre samtidig, hvilket skabte meget unødvendig ventetid og irritation. Strand: Det er sjældent at jeg har følt mig så meget i anden række som her. De betalende strandgæster fik al opmærksomheden og hotelgæsterne var overladt til langsom service, liggestole der var gået i stykker og parasoller der ikke virkede. En af dagene ventede jeg 30 min i bagende sol på bare at få lov til at betale med kort. Tjeneren havde travlt med at servicere alle andre - og nok også glemt min forespørgsel. Maden var middelmådig og alt for dyr. Vandet var møgbeskidt. Trapperne ned til vandet var fuld og alger og virkelig glatte. En stor sikkerhedsfare, hvis I spørger mig. Ønskede man at ligge ved poolen var man 100% overladt til sig selv. Den var fuld af døde bier og ingen service i nærheden.

Pitkä viikonloppu perheen kanssa. Siisti huone, kaksi parveketta huoneistossa. Hyvä aamiainen jossa hyvä palvelu sekä hyvät parkkipaikat. Lokakuu jo vähän offseason, säät kuitenkin suosi ja meri/kaupunki päivän jälkeen ilta-aurinko rannan tuoleilla tai parvekkeella mukavan rauhallinen. Lähellä kauppa jonka vieressä leipomo josta halpoja ja hyviä pikkusuolaisia. Lähellä pari ravintolaa rantakadun varrella syötiin yhdessä, hinta taso ja laatu vastasi kotorin keskustan rantakadun ravintoloita. Aulan kahvikone josta sai kahvin rannalle/huoneeseen oli kätevä. Aulasta myös pyörä vuokra, ranta pyyhkeet ja meri reissu jossa nouto viereisestä laiturista. Jos miinus pitäisi sanoa. Äänieristys ei huoneissa täydellinen, naapuri, läheisen ison tien liikenne kuuluu vaimeasti huoneeseen. Yöaikaan liikenne vähäistä, hiljaista. Itseäni ei häirinnyt, herkempi voi tuon huomata.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel moderne et confortable disposant d'une magnifique vue sur la baie de Kotor sans subir les désagréments de la foule de touristes inondant littéralement la vieille ville de Kotor. Déjeuner préparé avec soin uniquement avec des produits frais et renouvelés chaque jour pour le plaisir des papilles.
