Great staff! Excellent communication since day one. We booked airport trabsfer and the driver also was the driver to take us to the temples… it’s for an extra fee but worth hiring the ride with hotel directly. I have a recent lung condition and the staff was extra accommodating to me not walking as much and giving me a room in the first floor , connecting me to a wheelchair service at borubudur temple. I highly recommend the spa, too! The hotel is like a small Museum, so pretty!

This hotel is beautiful. It is old but very charming and it is managed very well. The staff is outstanding. Thank you, Noval, for the driving for the day trips! The breakfast is the most varied that I’ve seen in Asia so far. I had a massage at the spa that was wonderful.

We love the hotel and enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We ate dinner there and the food was good. Bizarrely, wine was unbelievably expensive with the cheapest bottle being over $200. When we said that the restaurant and the front desk they said that a lot of people say that. Roaster and bear around the corner is a very good restaurant with $30 bottles of wine.

Perfect location within walking distance of the train station and Malioboro Street. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Great breakfast buffet. Very helpful front desk. Well-equipped gym. Very reasonably priced great car and driver a the day of vising temples. I wouldn't know what to improve.
