I had an amazing stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast came in handy every day. The location although not in the Merida downtown, it is quite centric, which is helpful for sightseeing around the area while remaining quiet.

Paid for the room with the individual dipping pool. It was dirty, full of leaves and mosquitoes. Not worth the extra money. Breakfast was ok, same thing fir 2 consecutive days, the swimming pool was nice and clean. Wouldn't suggest the upgrade with the individual pool.

The wifi in our room was a bit spotty but we were able to use one from another room with no problems. The staff is amazing wifi is really not going to keep me from staying there again. Breakfast was good as well. Beds are comfy.

I came in late and left early so i did not enjoy the pool ,but it looked great. Only a small area for sun tanning, if thats your thing. The area has limited parking, so you may have to walk farther during busier times. The path to the rooms is bumpy but not a problem. The rooms are dim lighted and wish i had a brighter light for some things. I would stay here again, as a bonus the offered a nice light breakfast to start the day, that hit the spot.
