Pool and sauna a nice relaxing way to start the trip ,car park very handy but quite expensive, but worth a bit extra for the not having to traipse through the centre with your bags. Perhaps car park should be a bit less if you are staying the night plus paying 10 quid extra each to use the pool. Great location, quite but not too far out of city centre.

Arrived early so wanted to drop bag off. We were in the queue but seemingly ignored by staff at check in who proceeded to deal with other people who weren't in the queue. We pointed out that we were waiting and they the apologised but was a bit off putting. When we checked in the room was big and we had a large bed. Clean but a bit tired. Just a few minutes walk to city centre. Hairdryer was broken so handed it in when we checked out. Overall and ok stay

The hotel was very convenient to the town and the room was very spacious. The bed and the pillows were very firm ,not so suitable for a side sleeper. Cleaners don't automatically come every day, you need to scan a QR code to book the cleaners. There was a small fridge in the room which was very convenient. The TV only had terrestrial channels. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were not friendly at all sadly. Overall, the hotel had a lot of benefits and i would stay again

Excellent hotel just a short walk from the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I didn’t use the spa, but the breakfast buffet is very good value. There is parking behind the hotel but there is also Dumfries Place, a large multi story car park, about 5 minutes away.

Booked a 3 bed room for an overnight stay for a concert in Blackweir Fields. We could park right under the hotel, so a good start. The room was very spacious with air con, tea & coffee facilities and very comfortable beds. Both a shower & a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is ideally located to walk to & from Blackweir Fields, and also to the city centre. We opted for breakfast as well, which was very good, with a full selection for all tastes & diets. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will certainly use this hotel again for any future visits to Cardiff.
