It was a beautiful stay. Amazing staff. Perfect location. Restaurant staff were so courteous and accommodating. Explore the hotel grounds if you can. You won't be disappointed. Gym is tiny, but never had to use it because Porto is so hilly, we got all the exercise we needed climbing those hills and staircases. All-in-all, a lovely experience.

We were on the top (15th) floor and the views were amazing but the windows were high off the floor so you have to stand to appreciate them. The famous Luis I bridge is adjacent to the property which is great but even tho the windows are double paned, you can hear the rumble of the trains. We think they are meant to restock water and evening chocolates nightly but we only received service one night. Their breakfast buffet is fantastic. Their staff are very friendly. You can't beat the location with easy access to both levels of Gaia and Porto. Overall it was wonderful and we would stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, making it perfect for exploring both sides of the river and getting around easily. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and decorated to a very high standard. Every detail felt well considered, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm hospitality really added to the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. A beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent staff!
