Room was very old and musty. The bathtub had used soap on the rim of the tub. The light switch at the sink was broken and would not shut off the light so I had the push the gfi button.

Needs a thorough cleaning and updates. Room smelled musty and almost smoky. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The hair dryer was covered in dust and dirt.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. 25 min walk or $10 Uber to downtown Mystic. Walking distance to Old Town Mystic the Aquarium and the Martime Museum. Can’t beat the price compared to other hotel in area. Would recommend.

If you're looking for a fancy hotel in mystic, this ISN'T it! But! It you're just looking for a quick place to sleep for a night, or 2, then its ok here, you're right next to mystic dinner and right across the street from mystic village, and about 5 minute from downtown mystic, of exit 89. The rooms are very old! And dated!!!!

Don't Stay Here
The person at the front desk was very friendly, so I was more optimistic about this place when I checked in than I was when I drove up. But when I got to the room, I realized my first impression was correct. The place is run-down. I had to kick the door to get it to open, and clearly I'm not the first person to do so. I was hesitant to even get in the shower and instead decided just to freshen up with a washcloth. Really, don't stay here. Whatever pictures they're showing on the website are not an accurate reflection of the actual property.

Staff nice. Room terrible.
Check in was fine. The people that worked at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The condition of the room was terrible. Missing tiles in the bathroom. The main door frame was loose. Bed was uncomfortable. Only chair in the room was broken. Even the water from the tap smelled terrible (I didn’t know that was possible).
