Awful, I will NEVER book there again, when I arrived the front desk clerk was drunk, it was a couple there that had to call the police on him because they could not get in their room , the computers were down, he would not refund their money and would not call his boss. The police had to make him call his boss, I was their visiting my son at the Coast Guard Academy in New London Ct for a track meet. We had to go stay at another hotel. That place need to be shut down. It stinks also.

We did not stay and asked for a refund. The room was dirty. Tub dirty. Bed wrinkled and looked dirty. Inside was dinghy. Musty smells throughout.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable hotel
I was very pleased with our stay and will definitely go back. Sure the place was a little outdated, but that didn't bother me one bit. The manager at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable. The room had 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, cable, microwave and fridge. We got take out food from the restaurant next door called Sneakers and brought it back to our room to watch college football. The burgers and wings were excellent. My favorite part about our stay was that the hotel was in a quiet and somewhat secluded area. There was absolutely no noise outside or in the hallways and I slept like a baby. I would have much rather stayed here then in a fancy hotel at Mohegan Sun. Its only 15-20 minutes away from Mohegan Sun and right near I-95, so it was very convenient.

A good, basic place to stay.
It was a little hard to find and had no frills. As best I could tell, no vending machines, but that was probably for the best. The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. The TV remote worked, I got a good night's sleep and that's all that really mattered for me at the time.

They couldn't pay US to return!
The hotel is in disrepair. Our initial room had a toilet seat which was not connected to the base. Our "upgraded" room did not have a working locking mechanism, so we ended up barricading the door with a chair and table. The desk clerk was almost never in the office, but rather, he stayed in his own room and posted his room and phone number at the front desk on a sticky note. We will NEVER return to this "fleabag" of a hotel.
