Nice size suite. Comfortable couch and chairs. Plenty of light in the overhead arch above the room. Recessed lighting in the room.
Very comfortable queen size bed with a large assortment of pillows.
Large room with plenty of places to sit and a nice desk to read a book on or do some research on your laptop.
Hide away closet behind a tall mirror attached to hinges on the wall so it can swing open & closed.

The elevator was out of service and our room was on the third floor on the opposite side of the entrance. I don’t understand why they didn’t have a room close to the entrance or on the first floor.

Awful.
When I arrived I was told the elevator was broken. I am disabled. I had a choice of lugging bags up three floors (impossible) or switching to a first floor room-a double queen instead of the king I booked and paid for on this site. As a woman, I never stay on the first floor. My room looked out on the parking lot with people walking by. Then, the hotel was populated with some characters, clearly from the nearby casinos. All of whom returned home loudly around 2 am. Sleep was not an option. The worst part was I didn’t feel safe. Door was flimsy and staff wasn’t around when I went to the lobby. Plus, details matter and there were so many issues: My room was freezing. It took awhile to figure out the heat was not even turned on. In addition, there were only a few random tv channels, the rest appeared blocked. In the bathroom, the only switch turned on both the light and fan which was so loud. You couldn’t just go into the bathroom to put on makeup without getting a headache. I only had to stay a night for a family thing. I’ll stay in another town and drive further next time.
