8/10 Very good

The staff is ultra friendly and helpful. The room was decent. Carpet could use a shampoo so it doesn't smell in humid weather. The breakfast was a little underwhelming the first day but it improved the next day. Hot waffles and bacon is always nice. I love the 12 noon checkout. The staff was the best part of the stay. They are a compliment to the property. I felt very welcome.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was 90° outside and the a/c worked great in our room. The pool and outdoor patio was very nice. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage. There was also plenty of grab-and-go items. They also had a waffle maker which was a big hit with our grandson. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking too. I would stay there again if we travel that way again.

2/10 Poor

Room 127 smelled like mildew. They tried to cover up the smell by spraying cologne. The shower at night time had no hot water. The ac unit leaked water so bad that by the time we woke up in the morning the floor was soaked up to the nightstand. The free breakfast was a joke. The eggs had water covering the bottom of the pan and the sausage was so burnt that it was not edible. The only good thing was AJ who checked us in was super nice and welcoming. Other than that my advice would be to never stay there!!!

We stayed just for the night. The room was clean and good for a family with little kids. The staff was so friendly. Our room was by the elevator but we didnt hear noise at night. The breakfast had different options. The waffles were a hit for us! Great 10 hours we spent here during our road trip.

There was an issue at check-in, but the staff worked very quickly to resolve it. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was a bit loud. Breakfast was very good.
