This is a very modern and beautiful , clean hotel in the heart of Reykjavík. We would definitely stay here again. We were upgraded for free to a huge room. It was really beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like is the toilet seat is smaller than the bottom so we had to put toilet paper to cover it all the time.

8/10 Very good

The staff were great. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is located within minutes of the majority of the places in downtown we wanted to visit so we didn’t need a car. The room size’s are small, but nice. I would recommend this place to friends if visiting the downtown area.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and nearby to many restaurants and attractions in the city. The two dinners that we had at Kastrup, the hotel’s restaurant were excellent.
