clean modern and great location
Very comfortable, great location and stylish lobby. We did not use the spa but it was nice to have on site if you have time. Breakfast was buffet style and had many choices but was the same every day. Bathrooms could be an issue for you as they are glassed in and part of the main room but were overall good. Our bathtub was freestanding and took up a lot of space in the room. Location is great and it was easy to walk to bus stops, restaurants, shops and anywhere we needed to be. It was a short walk to Bus stop #3 and included a small hill which could be an issue if you had a lot of luggage but wasnt an issue for us. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay, the front desk staff were superb. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing! Do note if traveling with someone, the bathroom walls (at least in our room), were frosted glass walls...so not so private and not soundproof.

Loved the location and the staff!
We loved the central location of this hotel. Our room was very comfortable and on the first floor. Breakfast was, although always the same, still delicious every morning. And the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful! We highly recommend!

Excellent stay in the heart of Reykjavik
This was a lovely hotel in the heart of town. The staff was particularly attentive, and the rooms were quiet even on a busy Saturday night. It seems that the restaurant has scaled back in the pandemic, it was only open for breakfast, but there were lots of alternatives nearby.

Amazing location and staff. Room was a bit smaller then we tough it would be but was very clean and comfortable. Welcome sweets and fruit plate was cute. On site little but also beautiful spa use ( little pool like thermal bath and steam sauna) and continental breakfast included
