Frustrated but nice room
The location and size of the room were great. The access to the room was another story. It sucked. Having to put codes into a restaurant door then walk thru the restaurant to get to your room Thant required another coded lock was frustrating. We went to dinner came back and the restaurant was closed, the one we have to walk thru to get to our room. The customer service was great, I called and they walked me thru the steps to get back into my room. I would not stay here again due to the, for me , difficult access. I would put in the code and it would start an alarm and stating access locked. Not the most welcoming message.

Good little space in heart of Reykjavik
Location was amazing. Close to restaurants and bars at Bust Stop Number 9. Small comfortable room with all necessities. We had few issues when we’re there such as a renovation upstairs causing fume issues and ability to get clean towels, but there was strike by some hotel workers in Iceland during our stay.

A nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Reykjavik. Getting in was a little confusing (the elevator is in the restaurant), but the room was nice. It had a little kitchenette so if you wanted a good place to stay and explore the city, but also save some money by cooking some things yourself this is a great option. It is right in a restaurant and shopping district and near a bus stop, so convenience can't be beat. The restaurant on the bottom floor (that is part of the hotel) was fantastic too.
