We very much enjoyed our stay at Paradise Links. Julian checked us in quick and efficiently. John was great, he helped us with some wifi issues and at first we had an issue with the sofa bed but John solved the issue quickly and our stay was very nice. It’s a great location, we had a rental car so we could explore the area. The facilities were clean and secure and the pool area is beautiful. We recommend Paradise Links for your stay in the Port Douglas area.

Could not fault this properly, loved how it was so close to the golf club, it also serves breakfast everyday! If I had to say something negative it would only be the pillows! We had a great time and are already planning to come again!

While our stay was pleasant, we were disappointed with some of the customer support. We appreciated that the maintenance staff may be short handed but as guests we anticipate friendly & courteous responses. Therese at reception was delightful. Spa voucher was an excellent VIP bonus.

This resort is a real treat. The staff are fabulous and help you out with any information you need - restaurants, shuttle buses, things to do, they know it all! The pool is lovely and although the resort was full it felt private. We had the most basic room but we had a big bathroom, a balcony and every thing we needed.We might go every year for our anniversary now. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I really enjoyed my stay here because the room was very clean, it had a beautiful big bath tub and nice balcony. The bed was comfy. The pool is big and so is the area around it so you can find your own space ( during winter) The staff were friendly and helpful and there is a supermarket around a 15 minute walk away. The ride into town is quick and easy on the shuttle bus service in PD. Would certainly stay here again!

Resort has the potential to be great - good sized villas, lovely outlooks etc. Unfortunately maintenance issues (likely due to covid and staffing difficulties) affected our stay - no hot water on first night, spa didn't work, bbq near tennis court not working, oven/hot plates fixed with cardboard, locks on bathroom door not working The staff were great once you informed them of issues - would fix the next day, but finding them and getting them sorted took a bit of gloss off relaxing holiday.

Good location and nice surroundings. Good pool. Apartment quite dated and not cleaned (currently waiting for reply from resort on this). Basic kitchen items provided. God TVs. Loungers by pool dirty and left out so mouldy. Overall, nice resort, not enough cleaning staff.
