Lovely hotel located in the old town just off the historic old town square. Have stayed in Prague before and this is about as perfect a location as you can get. Hotel has both standard rooms and apartments. Very authentic feel to the whole place. Staff were great too. Very special thanks go to Barbora at reception. Any question, any problem, she was just brilliant.

Gorgeous hotel and fantastic service! I had an amazing time staying with them in Prague and I would 100% come back. Front desk helped me book my river tour and made everything easy. The room was big and clean and very comfortable, I had a balcony that overlooked a private courtyard (had more space than I expected to have!) and had a great view of the church nearby.

This hotel is in a great location to walk to most attractions. It is quaint and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is available and well worth the price. Depending on which way your room faces there can be a lot of noisy nightlife. Closing the windows almost completely elominates this but can lead to quite a warm room.

A very nice hotel really close to the central place in Prague. Perfect for business or tourism travel. In the city center close to most all points of interest in the city. Well connected. Reception people were very kind and nice. All set in advance and breakfast was good. They offer options for airport transfers and experiences in the city. A+

Hotel Metamorphis is in a great location, near everything you want to see in Prague Old Town. The hotel and staff are wonderful and very nice. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is our doorknob came off upon check in and wasn't repaired until the 4th day when we asked about it and also the TV in the room did not work during our stay even after maintenance attempted to repair. Aside from this our room was very comfortable, the bed was also very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. Please note that you will hear noise from nearby bars at all hours and from party goers walking around until 2-3 a.m. We visited the week of Christmas and New Years we were up all night with fireworks, the music from bars and festivities. Aside from this, if this is your first time visiting Old Town, you can not beat the location of this hotel and the great staff.

Can’t beat the location. Staff was super kind especially the woman on my first couple of days, actually the most amazing and kind person I met in Prague by far. As an American of course I was not thrilled with the “A/C” they won’t let you lower it past a certain point and it didn’t work very well so it was very hot in my room. Also, they say they offer laundry service but after the fact for 1 load of laundry I was charged 40 euros which just made me feel scammed honestly. Still worth it. Had a great time.

Overall, this hotel is more like staying at a hostel. Breakfast was ok. It is not in the hotel but around the corner. Wi-fi did not work either night we were there & front desk staff was unable to assist. There’s also no one on site after 11pm but a number you can call for emergencies. The area is near several bars and a main square and there’s quite a bit of noise into the early morning. It is a decent location though and the room was large & clean.
