The food at the restaurant was amazing! And the Suppli, an italian street food, we had at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious! Everything about this hotel was fabulous! Firstly the room was brilliant. Very clean, large enough for 3 people and modern. The only issue we had was the noise on two of the nights, maybe we were just unlucky with the nights we were there as there was a wedding one night then some function the night after. This meant we could not use the bar area both nights. Both nights people were outside until early hours of the morning making a lot of noise, singing and dancing. I contacted reception multiple times asking them to at least get the people inside to stop the noise outside but on both occasions nothing was done. I reported this in the morning and was told management would be informed but I have heard nothing more about it. Location is good with a near by metro station which has you in the centre within 10 minutes and is within walking distance from the Vatican.

The staff was very nice , and took the time to help. The roof top restaurant was a hit, we enjoyed it very much. The thing that we have concerns are Firmer pillows for the installingceiling, fans, oh yeah, forgot to mention the poor area that was fantastic, would highly recommend people to stay.

We stayed at room 1418 on the 4th floor, checked in on 26.07.26 for 1 week We had the best time the hotel was spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, Breakfast was great lots of variety (coffee was very good 😉) Staff go above and beyond to help with anything, they even put a birthday cake in the room for my husbands birthday and a card wishing him a happy birthday 😀 such a lovely gesture. Overall we had the best time and would recommend this hotel we will definitely be trying the new mama shelter that is opening the end of the year at lake como. Thank you for a woulderful week xx

Beautiful, meticulous design that made us happy since the first second we got in. Helpful staff, very comfortable rooms. Quite location with free connectivity to the city center, and walking distance from the Vatican. Short sides: breakfast is good but maybe low-staffed, so things that ran out took time to be refilled. Also, shower only has a body soap- turned - shampoo, you need to bring anything else you normally use.

I chose this hotel because it was one of very few accommodations in Rome with a pool, dry sauna and steam room at a reasonable price. I am so glad I found this hotel with Expedia's help! It is a true gem. The restaurant options on site are fabulous! All staff, from those working at the reception/reservation desk to those working in the restaurants, were very attentive and friendly. We are sure to stay at this hotel chain again if the opportunity arises in the future!
