Taj Lands End, Mumbai

Hotel was in a good location and definitely priced right. I will definitely choose to stay there again on my next trip to Mumbai.

Such a horrible, horrible experience at this joke of a hotel. They upgraded us to a “luxury room” after we complained about their poor service and poor facilities. The luxury room had BED BUGS! My daughter woke up with bite marks and when I inspected the sheets there were blood marks all over! They came to inspect the room and the duty manager told me that no one has ever complained of bed bugs. She was trying to convince me that it was not bed bugs. Seconds later, the housekeeping manager tells me, in front of her, that they haven’t received a bed bug complaint in months. So they obviously have had bed bug issues, and it is nearly impossible to get rid of bed bugs. I was checking out of the hotel that night so I asked them to take all our suitcases, launder all our clothes and seal them in plastic bags, and treat all the suitcases because I was petrified that we’ll bring bed bugs back with us to New York. They instead offered to sanitize our clothes and treat the suitcases, which I agreed to. When the suitcases came back the clothes were NOT sealed in plastic bags, and I swear to god I must have told them a hundred times to seal the clothes in plastic bags! By that time I was too exhausted to say anything else and we were leaving soon, so I let it be. I’ve been unpacking this morning and so many of our clothes have this weird yellow stain on them

It was clean, comfortable, and staff was extremely helpful.

Best hospitality ever experienced. Staff was the best and looked after our each and every comfort. Kids were treated very well and felt pampered. Breakfast spread was unbelievable. Pool & hot tub were delight and view of ocean and Sea link from hotel was marvelous.
