This property is amazing. It has truly the most stunning views all around the property. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially the breakfast and restaraunt staff, were extremely friendly and gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. Great place, great rooms, great setting. I had one of the higher end rooms and was frustrated by penny pinching measures such as food not being available on location at least during reasonable hours, or ordering breakfast à la carte and paying for it xtra. These seem to be reasonable expectations for a high end, largish resort, and even profitable if done right. The staff is great and they are genuinely pet friendly, although the pet fee was not at least clearly delineated by Orbitz. I actually regret changing hotels mid way through my stay.
