Nice place but there are mosquitos in the room during my stay. Very convenient, right next to the train station and only a short ride into Venice.

Clean, nice hotel. Very convenient location to take train into venice and only cost €1.50- (just make sure you validate your train in the green machines on the platform after buying it or you get a nice fine).

I really appreciated staying at BEST WESTERN. Fortunately, i was given an upgrade so my room was newer and bigger. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the train station. Looking forward to staying there again.

This hotel, located directly across the street from Venice Mestre is a godsend. It’s a clean hotel with a great breakfast, small friendly bar, excellent service… and is a perfect place to stay on your way to Venice. Train into Mestre, drop your things off at the hotel, ask for references of where to eat in Venice and then takeoff. Also, when the day is done, come back to the hotel for a relaxing, non- crowded evening. We’ve been coming here for the last four years whenever we visit Venice and it’s a perfect hotel.

Great location! Walkable distance to catch the train to another city in Italy, as well the bus to Venice. Receptionist recommends couple restaurants that are closed by and great foods. Walkable distance to grocery store.

Fantastic location. Room is clean. Bathroom is quite a bit dated. There’s a smell of bathroom cleaning products when we entered the room. The beds are comfortable. It’s also very quiet during the night despite the location.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Bologna is a fine place to stay for a night or two if in Mestre or preferring not to stray in Venice. The hotel is very conveniently located directly across from the Mestre train station entrance. There are some dining options in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but very basic and spartan. It's a fine option if really caring about a clean, safe, convenient hotel location and not needing extra amenities.
