The room was very clean and comfortable, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

The entrance to the hotel is kind of tucked away, so finding the front door was tricky. Otherwise the property is great and the amenities were excellent. Rooms were very well-maintained

Clean and comfortable with free parking. Hotel bar and restaurant have inconvenient hours. They were closed at 4 PM when we arrived and also at 10 when we returned from our activities.

gorgeous curb appeal, front sitting area could've been a little cleaner(mother nature). was very pleased. Parking is limited in their area compared to the amount of rooms the have. I wasn't their long enough to experience much more. But suite was clean, comfy and refreshing. That deep jacuzzi bath was just wanted i need after the long drive! Hug walk in shower also!

False advertising! There was not a pool at the hotel. You had to walk to a condo building to use their pool. The fitness center was probably the same. We chose this hotel to rest after a long drive up the coast for vacation. We had our hearts set at sitting by the pool and letting the kids swim. The pool not being on the premises was not what we anticipated!!

8/10 Very good

Great service and the room was very clean. Told we were getting a free upgrade, but they swapped us from 2 queen beds to 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa, 1 sofa that they would give us sheets for my daughter to sleep on because they said it was against their fire code. I felt that they actually took one sleeping spot away from us.

The room was fine and the housekeeping staff was great but the thermostat did not work and kept blowing out hot air. Asked the night front desk for assistance but was advised that the property does not have a facility engineer on standby. Therefore, we had to wait until the next morning for assistance. When asked what would happen if the toilet was backing up, I was advised that I would be given a plunger and asked to take care of the issue myself. I do not think that that is an acceptable situation for a major hotel.
