Daytime staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and went out of their way, even upgrading us to a slightly better room without being asked. Unfortunately, the nighttime team didn’t match that standard — when we asked reception for a simple wine glass, we were told it wasn’t possible and were redirected to the restaurant next door. Small thing, but it stood out against how attentive the day staff had been.
The rooms themselves felt tired and in need of renovation — not what we’d expect from a 4-star property. Breakfast was another weak point: a limited selection served only in a cramped indoor area, despite the hotel having a large terrace that would make far better use of the space. The food quality at breakfast also fell short.
Overall, a beautiful setting let down by inconsistent service and dated facilities. Worth it for the beach access, but the hotel has room to improve to justify its rating.
