Very good value for money for a family vacation. We are four sharing one family room and it was spacious and clean. Good buffet breakfast, best gym we had been to in Sweden, and 15 minutes walk to downtown Lund. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great, a bit far out of Lund but it is very accessible using the local bus service (Skanetraffiken has an app where you can plan your journey and buy tickets). We loved the addition of using the Spa, it is booked in three hour sessions and cost about 20ÂŁ each. We had the breakfast every morning, and there was a variety of food to suit all preferences. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and great, large gym. Unfortunately all else is negative. Drab design with Soviet style exterior and inexplicable 1980s vibe interior worn down despite apparently being constructed more recently. Mediocre breakfast. Location off center. Unsittable and creaky chair in room near collapse. Flickering bathroom lights, plasticky pillow. How can this be 4 stars? Why design a hotel this way when the same money could build a decent, normal Nordic style hotel?

I was upgraded as I was initially given a room that was not cleaned. So my room was great with a balcony. Very friendly staff. But no wastepaper basket, no fridge, several old screw holes not plastered, and no emergency evacuation plan so others might be less happy. Sad dinner. Like food in school. Also, all tables full of dirty dishes. Plenty of parking and great staff and a great breakfast (very different from dinner), but the hotel should be able to keep up maintenance.

We had a superior twin room. -First of all, it didn't have a queen-sized bed like advertised but only 2 regular beds next to each other so that it wasn't possible for us to sleep together because one would fall between the beds as the floor was smooth and the beds moved very easily apart. -For a superior room in a 4-star hotel I'd expect a bit more from the room itself as it wasn't very cozy or homey, more of a stay a night -type hotel. -After our first night the cleaner visited the room and while making the bed, had thrown our clothing on the room floor. -Our superior room was on the first floor and on the street side of the hotel which resulted in traffic noise being carried clearly in the room. -The water pressure from the shower head left a lot of room for improvement. -The hotel was very accessible by bus as the bus stop was right next to the hotel entrance. -Breakfast was a nice hotel breakfast. -We didn't use the hotel spa because you'd have to pay extra for that, which I read had been a surprise to many visitors, so beware. All in all I had read a lot of mixed reviews from the hotel but decided to give it a chance. There are a lot of hotels in Lund in the same price range, so next time I'd try another one. I think this isn't a 4-star hotel, but more of a 3 or 3,5-star.

In the middle of nowhere, not even a 7/11 in the proximity and still impossible to find parking if not booked in advance. The bathroom was dirty with mold on the shower curtain. And breakfast was barely acceptable, even though the bacon had a nasty appearance. The personell was friendly and that’s the only plus.

Very bad service. Firstly the pool is not free, but cost 295SEK which you are not informed about on Hotels.com. Secondly the breakfast was a mess with not enough staff to keep the business running, so lack of food etc. especially no scrambled eggs after 09:40 and when complaining the staff say please complain to management. And the breakfast buffet food options were limited. Thirdly it was unclear about the breakfast serving hours - on hotels.com it is stated till 10:30 but reception said only to 10:00. Surely I’m not returning!

Rummet vi fick, 206, var otroligt slitet och utan ett uns av finnes eller charm. 30 Ă„r gammal inredning. Vi valde hotellet för bilderna pĂ„ webben, men de stĂ€mde över huvud taget inte. Öde kĂ€nsla i foajen, ingen bar, ingenting och inte centralt, ingenting nĂ€ra. Vi blev förvĂ„nade att access till spa/bubbelpool kostade sĂ„ mycket, 750 kr per person och eftersom allt annat var sĂ„ sunkigt hade vi ingen anledning att tro att det skulle vara vĂ€rt det för en timmes relax (man mĂ„ste boka tre timmar) . Rekommenderas inte.
