This place has roaches. I woke up the next morning seeing 2 crawling around on the bathroom floor. I hightailed it out of there. There are no elevators so we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs. The ac unit barely worked as well.

Room was dirty including ants, bathroom toilet leaked, wall outlets very loose to the point we couldn't charge our phones, Ceiling in bathroom was pealing, shower area was moldy, TV very small and it was noisy in the hotel. The door locks in most rooms are not working good. Three days from our 7 days trip were really really wasted in hotel after teo times room changing for no good door lock and no WiFi. I decided no more room changing requested lock hanging even that lock brought had hassals toilet leaking water wasting a lot

It was not as described the property is in really bad shape nothing like the photos. I have evidence of the conditions. It should not be allowed ti be rent out. It was really a waste of money. Its not worth not even 35 a night. I seen motels in way better shape than this. So dissappointed.

Room was nasty smell like dirt and bleach, sleep sofa was so nasty that felt sticky. Floor was so disgusting that’s walking around your feet turn black, Black!!! No toilet paper,towels smell dirty book for 4 night not once we were ask if we needed towels or toilet paper on the last day water was turned off. No one told us about it till we ask so left the hotel without brushing our teeth and ofc no shower people are very rude and said we had to leave or pay for one more night even though we didn’t have water. Never going back for sure.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is questionable with a big, dead roach in my room. Bathroom door could not fully open or close. 1 bar of soap provided for both hands and shower, so recommended buying some. Breakfast was sad. They had a waffle maker, bread, snacks, and cereal. On google it said 3 star hotel for some reason, but it's an afforable inn.

Not safe for kids....or probably anyone else for that matter. Prostitution going on in the parking lot. Filthy rooms. Tried 3 different rooms before we left. Dead mouse in one, poop smell in the other, and filth and crumbs in the last one. AWFUL. Don’t do it.

This hotel was closed. We called repeatedly to let them know we would be a little late and no one answered. When we arrived they were closed. No lights. Parking lot roped off and hookers walking the streets. Very disappointed in Hotels.com because i booked through them and they didnt even know the hotel was closed.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s not even worth the $50 I paid to stay there. The ENTIRE hotel including every room smells like cigs. Every piece of fabric has a stain on it. The carpet looks horrible and dingy. They even had raccoons running through the hall & raccoons in the kitchen area which I had to scare off. Also Roaches crawling from under the fridge. This place should be torn down. I give this place a solid 0/5

Holes in walls throughout the room, bathroom toilet seat looked as if it was 100 years old, toilet overflowed first hours of being in room, staff would not let me use a plunger an that maintenance was not expected till next day. I asked the front desk clerk what should I do, an that my wife, son an myself all needed to use a rest room. She said she didn’t have an answer. I checked out an was promised refund for my stay that I have yet to see. I will never stay at a baymont hotel again. I paid for a room that didn’t have working plumbing an could not be provided with a restroom either, I don’t know what they expected me to do. I will be contacting my lawyer if I do not get my money back.

Confusing directions from Disney - got to hotel which was not overly crowded and given a room - people hanging outside of the front door smoking - hallway dirty and stained rug - room had ants 🐜 and TV didn’t work - I use this service all the time and usually have good luck but this room was awful
