Hard Pass on the Palms
Hotel is exceptionally boring. None of the lights in my room worked. My shower didnt drain water and neither did my sink. Woke up to a flooded shower (didnt event shower) that included black sludge in the water. Maintenance hungout in my room for 2 hours trying to fix it. They did construction right outside my window and i was on the 7th floor. So yeah HARD pass on the palms for any trips to Vegas for me.

New Rooms Nice But Internet Was Bad
Internet access was spotty or didn't work in the newly renovated rooms at Fantasy Tower. Phone calls to get it fixed took long or was put on hold forever.

Don’t visit Palms Resort. Thought I was going to have an amazing time, not the case. Save your self the visit. Under construction & renovations. Not what you want to experience. Construction workers walking all over the facility. While you’re trying to relax & enjoy yourself. I wouldn’t suggest to stay, while renovating this property.
