Hotel was great as was all the staff I encountered. Room was comfy and bathroom clean and nice. There is a restaurant on site but was only open on weekends. Not too many other choices as to where to eat in the neighborhood. The breakfast every morning was really good with a lot of selections.

One of the best European Hotels I have ever stayed at. Wonderful breakfast, good location, Public transportation nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but that is normal for Europe. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Just a short walk to the harbor and ferry. Grocery store nearby and lots of restaurants. I would stay here again when in Helsinki.

This hotel was very conveniently located close to the cruise port. It had a beautiful view and was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was very warm even though we had the ac on low. We opened the windows, though, and it was very cool after that. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.
