This hotel was very conveniently located close to the cruise port. It had a beautiful view and was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was very warm even though we had the ac on low. We opened the windows, though, and it was very cool after that. Some pros and cons; The gym was superb! The best hotel gym in Helsinki at least. Seems it will be moved in August though so not sure the hotel will even have a gym anymore. The breakfast was very crowded unfortunately. Would be nice if there was signs saying the fat % of the cottage cheese and the yoghurts. I had booked a room for three adults but the room we got had a very small and uncomfortable extra bed. The staff was very helpful in giving another room! The extra bed wasn’t however that much bigger though. The ac in the room wasn’t working super well. It was hot days in Helsinki and we thought the room was quite warm especially during the night.

A luxurious stay by the water

Really excellent: the breakfast is fabulous, the hotel is in a great location with a view of the sea and also within walking distance (about 20-25mins) to the city centre, but also well-connected by trams. The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!
