Great for a Hostel
We stayed here because it was close to the Viking cruise line. Not bad place if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. Reminds me of my days in the college dormatory. Clean and comfortable, quiet. Luggage storage. Right near #4/5 tram lines. Worth the price.

Stay away!
To be quiet frank, this looked like a mental institution. It has heavy-metal looking doors and dungeon-like lighting. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was polite and offered visiting tips. Tough three nights there. Everything was controlled by motion-sensors. The showers would turn off after 15 seconds of running water, so you had to touch the sensor every 15 seconds. Tough, tough, tough. Finally, this is behind an industrial area and the commercial port, so lots of trucks coming in and out.

Easy and clean
This was a great room, and easy to check into despite the lack of a full time reception. The room was large and had a nice bathroom. The 2 beds were way too close together, but I only needed one of them. I would recommend this hotel for a great budget stay.
