It was okay. Staff were okay. Air conditioning was barely okay. Location was great. Room was nice enough. Bathroom good size. Area is good. Close to transit.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Good and well assorted breakfast. Only issue is there is only one small lift. And it broke down a few hours.

At he center of Lyon, very convenient location! Air conditioning was more than a plus as the temperature in August was extremely high. Clean room, polite staff and good amenities, you have all you need.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location. The rooms are small but the bathroom was of good size. I would choose a larger room next time (we had at the standard room). A tip is that their valet parking is just them charging you 30 euros to park your car in the public underground car park around the corner, so we opted to just park the car ourselves after dropping the luggage. Would return to this hotel in the future.

This Hotel is Fantastic. It’s within easy walking distance to everything. Staff are very helpful and courteous. You get treated very well here. It is fairly expensive but worth it. The beds and pillows here are outrageously comfortable. Be careful, you may not want to leave your room. It is a boutique style hotel but was fairly roomy and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at the Carlton. The location was excellent - very quiet, safe neighborhood to walk, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was within walking distance to several major sights. The hotel was super clean and our room was quite big for European standards. The staff was always cheerful and super helpful whenever we passed them in the lobby or had a question at the front desk.
