I booked a room with a king bed but they said they were sold out and gave me a 2 queen bed room. Was really upset with them. I check in at 730pm room was still not ready. Lost my $1500 of brand new clothes that I had just bought a day before to wear it there. Will never stay at this hotel again. Very very shocked and surprised with the experience.
The staff from the curb to the lounge was friendly! We enjoyed the location and what it had to offer.
Great location, service, facility and rooms. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We felt safe during COVID. It was nice and calm. Extremely happy with our stay. We would come back again soon!
Great customer service, clean especially during COVID-19. If you want a wonderful south beach vacay, this is best place to stay at.
My stay in a nutshell. First day after checking in we asked for extra hangers and another robe (since we only had one). Neither the robe or extra hangers were ever provided. Later on that evening we went to eat at the beach bar and never received one of our appetizers. Second day - we were at the pool and we ordered food and drinks. When we presented the “free drink” voucher/offer we were told that it’s not accepted and on top of that we never received one of our food orders. Third day - in the morning we noticed that there were not enough coffee pods for the nespresso machine so when I contact guest services they transferred me to room service which promised to send up 2 cups of coffee which, again, never showed up. Later around noon, when trying to lay on a pool bed we were completely soaked by the soggy saturated cushion. Later on that day we ordered food and noticed there was a hair in my omelette. I am in disbelief that all of these incidents happened in my first and extremely short stay at a Ritz Carlton resort which is world renowned to be a 5-star hotel.
we got a room next to a loud group of kids front desk moved us to different more quiet spot they aim to please
Great place imagine location best place to be in Miami. The service was impeccable. Walking distance from all the landmarks of South Beach.
Beautiful rooms, pool and view! Wish there were more options to eat but on the other hand there is plenty of places right outside.
Friendly staff, excellent location, amazing pool area and bar.
