Amazing breakfast, facilities, welcome, wifi and location in easy reach of the Central Station - stayed for leisure with friends. Every bit as good as I remember it as a business customer 15 years back. Only downside - lifts really struggled, showing a bit of age!

Beautiful hotel in good position, 20 mt from t-bana; the room was nice but small for a superior! Good breakfast but no many choise for sweet, salt good but every day the same, need to chance somethings daily. The lift is a very problem, three lifts for a so big building is a great loss of time. I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a good central location - easy to access the top attractions. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and bars in the nearby vicinity. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of cuisine. The room was cleaned well everyday and comes with a reasonable amount of amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was ok, limited vegetarian options. No tea or coffee facilities, I asked several staff members where this was to be met with blank looks. I Used the facilities in conference room as directed by staff and got told off. Room was good, but water crept under shower door so floor got very wet. Very noisy if you had window open at night. Expensive hotel for what it is. Location was ok if you like walking.
