We love Recanto. The staff was accommodating of our early check-in and a few other special requests. The food (especially breakfast!) was delicious. We loved all the different pool options and the morning fitness classes. Our only wish was that the whirlpools on the bottom level were a little hotter. We hired a guide for Las Cataratas through the hotel, and they were top notch. We would also highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa during your stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in the middle of a long trip. It felt like vacation on vacation!

The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided amazing service with a smile. We had a great first visit to Brazil thanks to the staff.

La chambre, très propre était très fonctionnelle , jolie, grande et agréable. Le personnel de l’hôtel est incroyable. Toujours aux petits soins auprès de ses clients, on se sent vraiment chouchouté au quotidien. Les repas (petits déjeuners et dîners car nous étions en demi-pensions) sont excellents, on y trouve beaucoup de choix et la qualité est largement au rendez-vous. Les équipements sont pensés pour un confort maximal, mention donc spéciale à la piscine chauffée qui est vraiment géniale. Le reste de l’hôtel est très beau, l’architecture, l’aménagement, etc.
