Stopover in Lisbon
We stayed at Luster for 1 night. Checkin was great. Man at the desk, Peter was amazing, helpful and very hospitable. Room was fine, solid good for cleanliness. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food for any taste. Checkout was quick and easy. Hotel held our luggage after checkout for few hours- which was very nice and convenience. I totally recommend Luster hotel

Fantastic hotel- would stay again!
We spent 5 wonderful days at the Luster hotel. We stayed in a balcony room that overlooked the pool area- it was great to have the option to relax by the pool for a while- such a treat in a busy city. Location wise it was fantastic, away from the bustle but close enough where we walked down into the main tourist areas but also used the metro (which was around the corner) and ubers when we didn't feel like walking. The service at this hotel was second to none- from the reception to breakfast to Claudia at the spa, everyone was so kind and professional- they even delivered two chocolates to our room one of the evenings. We booked swedish massages and they were among the best we’ve had. The breakfast was lovely with a nice mix of choices at the buffet. Only critique is that the bathroom was a little small and felt a bit cluttered if you’re trying to hang up towels and bathrobes m; however bed itself was massive and the mirrored tv was very cool. I would 100% stay at the Luster next time I’m in Lisbon and would recommend it to anyone- we were a couple spending our 20th anniversary in Lisbon and the hotel really helped make it a special trip.

A real gem in Lisbon!
This hotel is beautiful! Its so new and clean and designed beautifully. The rolms are high-tech and comfy. I wished we'd had a window that would open but the aircon was effective. The location is great as it feels like a business district but with many shops and the sightseeing buses minutes walk away. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. The food and drinks are really nice and have huge portions. The absolute best thing about this hotel is team. Every person we met was friendly, kind, helpful and nice, they do such an amazing job and I hope they are appreciated.

Nice hotel in Lisbon
Very good hotel, well located and very modern. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was very good. I would only suggest to leave in the bedrooms 2 coffee capsules of regular coffee and 2 of the decaf, specially if there are 2 people in the bedroom.

Perfect!
Hotel is beautiful, rooms were a little small but had everything you need and we’re very comfortable. Bathroom was great!. Honestly can’t fault a thing. Service was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. I stay away a lot with work and this was the best night sleep I have ever had in a hotel.
