We had a wonderful stay. It was boxing day night, the suite was wonderfully designed, elegant but luxurious. I love the bed especially, it was terribly comfortable, we had a good 10 hour sleep. The staff are also very helpful and kind. They ask if we need any help before we even ask. I am generally the most impressed with the service.

Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel condition is well maintained. But there was an incident when they send up the birthday cake I bought. It was tilted sideways and the top of the cake got stuck at the wall of the box. The marzipan was upside down and landed somewhere under the cake. It was like the cake had been into a tornado. I think the hotel did well when responding to the issue, but still feel sad about the cake...
