This hotel check in very slow and very noisy in the lobby. The room is very outdated and its not a five start hotel. We paid $375 and it’s not worth for the money. I will give them three star the most.

The hotels main advantage is its location in the central area of HK. Its a bit tired and dated inside in need of modernisation and a general re-vamp. I paid for my stay on line including breakfast, I normally get breakfast sent up to the room and asked if I could do this, the receptionist said it was not possible as it was part of the package and I was told I would need to pay again for breakfast in the room. I suggested paying a supplement but that was not permitted. So we ate down in the dining area in the morning and it was OK but not what I normally expect and receive from a five star hotel. Definitely not the personal touch of the W, Four seasons or Mandarin Oriental but I guess a fraction cheaper. I don't think I would go back as there is a big choice of hotels in that price range. Pool was OK but small and in the shade after 13:00. We had someones popcorn under our bedside table, never a welcome find! The room was small too but had everything you need generally, just lacked any wow factor.

The rooms are not cheap, so you can expect good service. However, the hotel should really do some renovation work.
