Amazing from start to finish. Loved that the rooms were serviced twice daily… totally amazed at the room being prepared for bedtime. Water bottles restocked and placed at bedside with glasses, blinds closed, cushions etc removed off bed. Breakfast was splendid. Option of smoothie as well as fruit juice was delightful. The yoghurt with lemon curd was to die for. Such a selection of cold meats, fry, fruit, fresh baked breads. Loved every minute.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Culloden Estates. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. We had a beautiful view of the lake (although the crane would have been moved)...dinner was a bit pricey but the food was delicious. We would definitely stay there again if we to to this area.

If I had been travelling as a couple I’m sure that I would’ve had a much more enjoyable experience! I was allocated a room with an adjoining door and was told that was what I could expect for my rate! In fairness the Manager did offer to change my room but at 10.30pm when I was in bed!!! Changed room the next day as had no sleep as I was actually frighted as lights and noises from the room next door woke me at 3.30am! I was allocated a room but of lower quality but at least it didn’t have an adjoining door! The sheets were like sandpaper so had to sleep on a robe! Breakfast was ok and at least surprisingly I was offered a window seat. Although both mornings I was never offered anything different from the kitchen although I heard one waiter offer it to the table next to me! The spa was faultless! Definite 5⭐️ The grounds are indeed splendid and the hotel very clean but my experience definitely wasn’t 5⭐️although I was provided with a written apology, a box of chocolates & free breakfast which I hadn’t really time to enjoy! I would return but as a couple as felt a bit like a second class citizen being a sole female traveller! I hope an important celebrity enjoyed her stay more than I did !! Sorry but you are supposed to be 5⭐️and that should be for every guest !

We stayed in a suite which overlooked the water and it was incredible. Beautiful spot, couldn't beat the view. Gym was brilliant, really high quality for a hotel gym, lots of equipment so a proper workout could be done. The spa is also brilliant, clean and well managed with free towels and robes if required. Staff were lovely, building itself was beautiful, food at The Cultra Inn was lovely too. The only BIG let-down is the breakfast. I would firstly assume if spending £470 per night, breakfast would be included. Regardless, for a 5 star hotel I was expecting something with a bit of a WOW factor. Lots of options, maybe an additional set menu offering. Unfortunately the breakfast on show is pretty much identical to what you'd find in a Premier Inn. A very basic hot section and then some fruit and cereal. 2 types of pretty sad cheese and 2 types of cold meats. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, good quality food and more than enough to fill you for the day, but for a 5 star hotel that likes to see itself as being 'premium', the breakfast is a big let down. All in all really great stay though, and the spa is the winner here.

Amazing experience. The best spa I have done. The heavenly package was exactly that, heavenly. The breakfast, rooms, amenities and the restaurant Cultra Inn was a delightful place. The food delicious and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely make this place my first option when in Belfast.

A little mix up with check in was quickly rectified by hotel staff. They were quick and professional and friendly. The upgrade they gave us was more than appreciated. Cultra Inn- amazing. Food was yummy. Breakfast- so good. Scenery and views-unreal. Hotel in general was just a treat. Bar was cosy and the drinks so tasty. The zest bar in the spa was really the only let down. The cafe area was dirty and unmanned late Friday afternoon. I waited for quite some time and was stood staring at dirty dishes and crates on the counter. I was looking forward to a drink and just left. The rest of the spa was lovely. we will absolutely be back.

The Culloden Estate was absolutely lovely. All staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. The only negative of our stay was we ate in Culta Inn, meal was beautiful but service was a bit slow and they forgot to bring me a drink, I had to go and remind them I was waiting on a drink, but this wouldn't put us off as I know they were very busy.

WOWSERS!

Gorgeous grounds, delicious food at the Cultra Inn Restaurant, and luxurious rooms! I got a suite and it was absolutely stunning! It's a shame I only stayed one night before my flight because it was truly an incredible property! The bathroom was so fancy with a huge immaculate bathtub and separate shower. The bed was tall and huge with giant pillows. The room was massive and had a lounge area and stunning view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful and professional. I can't complain about this stay.
