Beautiful traditional feeling hotel with a warren of rooms through various doors which was cool. Stunning room and view. Next door to Dean village, and so easy to walk to anywhere I wanted to go. Very professional staff.

Timeless elegance…
A beautiful, elegant, traditional Scottish townhouse hotel. A quiet oasis ideally situated in Edinburgh’s New Town, 5 minutes walk from the West End. Very helpful staff, lovely bar and restaurant and a great breakfast. You will want to return again and again. We certainly do.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful area
Absolutely beautiful room and experience! The staff are very kind and professional, and the room was a dream! We had gorgeous views out to Leith, a very comfortable bed, lovely sitting areas, and an exceptional bathroom full of amenities and luxury. The breakfast was delicious, both the hot options and the buffet. Would recommend completely! We had an easy walk into town, but the hotel felt quiet and away from the bustle.

Beautiful boutique hotel, but …. King bed too hard for both me and partner - which was a shame because others the room was lovely.
The dining room was closed for our visit which wasn’t advertised, and the hotel isn’t particularly close to other restaurants. We only found out when I tried to book a table, so a lack of communication.
