Struttura molto bella con tutti i confort, camera grande e pulite , colazione ricca, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento),a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, mezzi pubblici vicinissimi, personale sempre presente. Die Reinigungskraft hat zwei mal unsere Handtücher nicht gewechselt, trotzdessen das diese dreckig und auf dem Boden lagen. An einem Tag kam sie überhaupt nicht. Das Bettlacken hat sie nicht einmal gewechselt, obwohl es ganz klar ist, dass dieses mit Sand sein wird, wenn man einen Strandurlaub macht. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr mager und das Brot total ausgetrocknet. Unser Safe war kaputt und wir mussten jeden Tag an der Rezeption jemand daran erinnern unser Safe wieder zu aktivieren. Eine Entschädigung oder eine Entschuldigung lies zu wünschen übrig. In den Zimmern gibt es leider kaum Stauraummöglichkeiten. Das einzig gute war die Lage des Hotels

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in hotel e all’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Elisabetta, che si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e disponibile, nonostante il nostro arrivo anticipato. La struttura vanta una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che della nostra camera che vorrei segnalare. Il getto della doccia non rimane fisso in posizione, il che può risultare scomodo. Inoltre, sarebbe utile avere una presa multipla per caricare più dispositivi contemporaneamente, poiché delle due prese disponibili, una è occupata dal frigo.

Struttura moderna e super colorata! Mia figlia l'ha amata da subito. Le camere sono piccoline ma comode e non manca nulla. La piscina molto piacevole anche se l'abbiamo usata solo 1 giorno. La pulizia perfetta e con una mentalità ecologica, non serve un cambio lenzuola e asciugamani quotidiano, piuttosto hanno preferito puntare sulla qualità della biancheria, sinceramente lo apprezzo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla "signora con l'accento straniero" che si è dimostrata preziosa nel darci consigli nel nostro primo soggiorno a Rimini e comprensiva con mia figlia di 4 anni che era supereccitata dalla vacanza e dalla location! A presto ❤️

We choose this hotel due to pool. Unfortunately, unable to use it most of the time as only 8 sunbeds available for the whole hotel. Free wifi - useless 95% of the time as the connection is extremely slow that you can not load the simplest page. As for cleaning that basically consists of only getting the bed made and trash taken out. We had to ask ourselves for new towels and soap. We did get this once requested. There is balcony to each room, whch was The second factor to why we choose this hotel. However not useful to anything else to drying you towels as only one chair at the balcony. We would not recommend this area of Rimini nor this hotel to others. If we could have had our money returned, we would have left early.

Das Hotel war insgesamt gut. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Es war ein bisschen älter. Die Sauberkeit war OK. Hätte besser sein können. Das Personal war hervorragend freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Leider werden die Handtücher nur alle drei Tage ausgetauscht, auf Anfrage hat man sofort welche bekommen. Albergo molto bello e ristrutturato di recente a Miramare. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere in pochi minuti sia il centro di Rimini che quello di Riccione, anche in monopattino o bicicletta per chi non si vuole spostare in auto. Situato a due passi dalla spiaggia, chi raggiunge in meno di un minuto a piedi. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. La piscina esterna e la jacuzzi sono davvero spettacolari e dispone di sdraio e tavolini con sedie, un’ottima alternativa per le giornata in cui il mare è mosso o se semplicemente volete un po’ di tranquillità. La colazione è ricca e abbondante e la sala colazioni gode di una splendida vista mare. L’albergo dispone di un parcheggio interno chiuso, comodissimo per sopperire al problema dei parcheggi nei dintorni. Il personale davvero molto gentile e professionale, hanno rimediato a un nostro errore senza farci sentire a disagio. Il bar dell’albergo propone drink che potete godervi direttamente a bordo vasca e la piscina è aperta fino a mezzanotte. Pieno rispetto delle normative anti Covid. Torneremo sicuramente appena possibile.

Direkt am Strand gelegen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und die Pool Anlage hübsch und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt genügend Auswahl für jeden. Nur die Parkplatz Situation war etwas nervig. Es gibt ein paar vom Hotel, die muss man vorher reservieren und sind schnell ausgebucht. Der Rest muss sich in den Straßen einen suchen, was schon mal etwas dauern kann.

Ottimo hotel, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. Gentilissimo il signore alla reception, unica pecca già alle 8.00 di mattina parecchio rumore proveniente dal personale delle pulizie con aspirapolvere e rumori vari e in più ci è capitata una stanza vicina con due cani che non hanno mai smesso di abbaiare perche’ lasciati da soli in camera dalle 22.00 fino alle 4 di mattina, ci colpano i padroni che comunque rientrando non hanno provveduto a farlo smettere, non dico obbligatoria la museruola ma un po’ di buon senso nel capire che è notte fonda e cos’ha il proprio cane, visto che le pareti sono sottili . Consigliata la struttura e la posizione 😊

Hôtel sympathique malgré la taille des chambres qui sont assez petites et la salle de bain manque vraiment d’espace, cependant la gérante est de très bons conseils, notamment concernant les restaurants et le petit plus elle vous donne un bon qui vous offre 10% sur vos repas, les petits déjeuners sont variés , les dames de ménages adorables. Par contre pensez à réserver le parking à l’avance car sinon vous n’aurez pas de place.

Also, Hotel hat sehr viel Potenzial. Swimmingpool, Jacuzzi und Personal auf hohem Niveau. Zimmer wurde täglich aufgeräumt. Frühstück war mehr als gut. Wir haben nur Gemüse vermisst. Vielleicht wegen Corona!? Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen und wieder Buchen.
