Short break as a couple.
Travelled as a couple for a short break and enjoyed the hotel and it’s facilities. Lovely hotel, gorgeous grounds worth exploring and a vast spa with heated pools, great for cooler months. The 2 restaurants that were open when we visited were both great quality and good value with friendly service. We stayed in 2 different room types, both clean but could still do with a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, staff at breakfast and the front desk could be a touch friendlier though we did get amazing tips from one female member of staff at the front desk about surrounding areas. Great hotel to visit but a bit more attention in certain areas could make it amazing.

Service in the restaurant is below standards
The location is great, the suite size and all is cool, but the service especially on breakfast is terrible. I needed to remind and ask them for every single thing, from sugar for my coffeee, to pouring me water or bringing me napkin etc. Definitely not to the service standards of a high star rating hotel
