Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 3.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 5.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 48 per person
• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 120 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 4)
• Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge (subject to availability)

Children & extra beds

• In-room babysitting is available for an extra charge
• Supervised childcare is available for an extra charge
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 125.0 per night
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 125 per pet, per night

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the fitness facility, and guests under 16 years old are only allowed in the fitness facility with adult supervision
