I experienced a lot of issues during my stay. Door locks didn’t work. Lights were out. TV remote never worked. Door key would stop working on a daily basis and 1 staff member seemed to get upset with me because I complained about it. She was very rude. I would NEVER stay there again.

No me husto que paga 30 dolares mas cada dia por el desayuno y no hubo desayuno, le pregunte al administrador y me dijo que ellos no dan desayuno, que expedia es el que pone lo del desayuno son unos ladrones. El baño se tiraba el agua todo el dia demasiado y nunca hubo un plomero que lo arreglara, la tv no funcionaba los cuartos huelen a cigarro. Todo es pesimo, en cambio de la misma cadena habia estado en dallas y todo bien. Ojala me pudiesen devolver parte de mi pago , gracias

Don’t fall for cheap

Room size is alright, bedsheet and comforter has multiple stain, floor carpet is soaking wet around ac unit area and upto the couch area and room smell wet water and ask for change the room but check in lady ask me why I have a problem with that so I ask her for clean comforter and spent a night and leave. I definitely don’t stay their again

The hotel was very dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures. There were men hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot. The room was musty and smelled. The furniture/bed were broken down, torn up, smelly. We did. It stay there. It was a very scary, unsafe place.

TOO HOT TOO SLEEP NO AC

THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY BLAMED IT ON SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND OR DISCOUNT ON THE ROOM UNLESS WE LEAVE THE HOTEL. IT WAS CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT AND I WAS NOT GOING TO DRIVE AROUND AND TRY TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SLEEP AFTER DRIVING MORE THAN 10 HOURS TO GET THERE, I KNOW THIS IS FALLING ON DEAF EARS AND NO ONE WILL REALLY DO ANYTHING FOR ME.

The room smelled of marijuana. The AC was completely turned off when we got there so we walked into a 90 degree room that took forever to cool down and it still felt humid. Our key card never worked and they never gave us a new one. The tv barely worked. And they still haven’t given me my deposit back. I am very displeased with this place and definitely won’t be staying here again. Probably my worst hotel experience ever.
