8/10 Very good

Staff was very nice and accommodating although we didn’t need any special assistance. Proximity was Good, loved being so close to Nyhavn. Buffet breakfast was delicious, nice bar and “Shrimp” was also nice. The hallways were a little tight with our luggage. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and love the location, close to most things. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location for walking within the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are generally okay, small but clean and well maintained, avoid room facing the atrium as they tend to have limited natur daylight. Otherwise the hotel’s amenities fits most travellers need.

We loved everything about this hotel. Though the room was small it provided everything we needed and the space was well organised. The staff were particularly helpful and went to great lengths to locate an item that was lost. The layout of the hotel with nooks and crannies for chatting, resting or refreshments is charming. Breakfast wonderful. The location is excellent for sightseeing some major attractions.

Best hotel in copenhagen yet! We have been to Copenhagen every year for many years and have stayed at many hotels, this is by far the best. Huge room, fantastic large bed from Dux. Very clean and despite the very central location extremely quiet. Nice very helpful staff, good parking space just down the road. Free wine Friday evening, close to all the restaurants and fun that you need. We will be back.

6/10 Good

Nice hotel, but we got a bathroom that was not clean when we arrived. Our first request to get it cleaned was ignored/lost. Had to ask twice. The hotel and location was very good except for that.
