The staff were not the most friendliest. We met one pool guy that was amazing tho! The hotel did not disclose how many extra fees there were after booking it. You get charged 60.00 every time you use the parking lot. You get a charge for each coffee pod you use. You get a charge for using anything else besides just sleeping in the room. Nothing else is included. We were told there was no trolleys to the property. The rooms at night are loud due to a large space under the doors. Bikes and scooters and any fun activity is all extra. The hotel is beautiful due to the history behind it! I would stay at another hotel the next time just because with our 2200 room booking then an after charge of another 400 is too much for nothing extra unless you are a Hilton rewards member.

As requested, the suite overlooked the lower unit at the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any of our needs. The food was elevated this trip and that kept us on the property. We will be back again next year.
