My room was so clean, I think I was the first person to stay in it. Seriously. I have never stayed in a cleaner room in my life!. This hotel was literally spotless from the lobby to the halls, to the elevator and of course my room. Everything was neat and fresh and smelled pure. I will stay at the hotel from now on. Whoever cleaned my room needs a raise and whoever the management is in this hotel, who obviously places cleanliness as the top priority needs one too! I'd give the room number, but I kind of want to keep it to myself. But, I'll ask for it every time.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and incredibly comfortable. The shower was very large, the water pressure was great, and the water was hot. Breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful. There was a large variety to choose from. We made waffles. They are a family favorite when we stay at Hampton Inn. The coffee bar was clean and well stocked. We love Hampton Inn and this one was exactly what we expect when we stay. Thank you!

All areas in the hotel that we visited are new. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Breakfast are very good. We are very happy with this hotel. Definitely will come back for our next visit to Buffalo which will be in a few months.
