This is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Good local restaurants, convenient to Arundel Mall and to Adelaide Oval.Lots of interesting walks nearby. The hotel is old but very well maintained. Good size rooms and a comfortable bed. There is an excellent bar and breakfast was better than most (the sourdough rye bread was delicious). Highly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The position is great and the breakfast plentiful. This time we had a shower over bath. The taps were in an awkward position to make adjustments while using the shower. One of the lifts was unable to read our card.

Although the property is clean and staff are great. This was not one of our favourite hotels because: 1. Carpark is a nightmare with tiny bays, steep ramps and huge concrete pillars everywhere . 2. A/C in room does not work properly 3. Toilet role holders are positioned way behind near the tank reservoir

I stay often as it’s convenient walk to the places I need to go in the cbd and the rooms are spacious and large bathrooms with a bath! The beds are also very comfortable not to soft which I love I always have a great sleep and quiet rooms highly recommend and they have a deal with the Wilson car parking on hindley street which is a very short walk behind the hotel one st back. Great restaurants on site to and walking distances for other choices ☺️
