Horrible place
Horrible motel!! We booked the hotel that reasonable price for one night stay for our trip to Chico. They allowed us to check in early around 11am . My daughter told me there isn't any water. We complained to the front desk. She said they are working on it and will be back on in few hours. So, we went on with our trip to Chico. We came back around 6pm and still no water. This time the clerk told us that they have burst pipes and unable to fix it. We wanted refund or pay for our stay in other hotel that have running water. They refused. I understand this is an old motel, not perfectly clean, smell and ton of junks outside the building, but for Pete sake, provide basic need like running water. If you have issue with water, tell your guests upon check in and let them decide whether they want to stay there or not. Once you check in and found out there isn't any water, you can't get refund!! They don't have integrity and liar!! We check out and went to super 8 that have running water!!

Decent hotel for the price
I thought the accommodations were commensurate with the price. The windows leaked some cold air, but the room was clean and a couple of the employees went out of their way to help me out. The front desk ocassionally lacks staff, but no big deal if you call the hotel number. Someone reports immediately. It is also the only hotel in Livingston with heated underground parking which was awesome in November. It easily accommodated my 1/2 ton truck.

Avoid
Bait and switch the entire way.... Booked 2 queen beds was given room with one queen... 1 channel on TV... Offered streaming but TV couldn't connect to internet... Restaurant advertised,CLOSED... Pool advertised, CLOSED... no restaurant= no hot breakfast either... Had any of this been actually communicated through either site I'd have booked elsewhere... Every reason I booked w this hotel was either compromised or flat out unavailable... The neighborhood vagrants add a nice touch... I'd always wondered what skidrow looked like and my room provided me with a bird's eye unobstructed view... This is the kind of thing I only thought happened in movies...yet here I am poorer and massively frustrated and underwhelmed....

It was horrible the top cover was dirty. My husband found a hair in his potatoes, eggs still runny, sausage not cooked all the way, dinning area smelled bad, pool was okay, bathroom needed to be cleaned better, no front desk employees you had to find them. Room was not stocked properly. Chair in room was broken. Had phone did not work. Noisy really noisy when people walked down the hall the whole floor shook. Horrible experience was looking for a relaxing get away this was not it.

Crowded with dogs
Front desk clerk amazingly slow. No coffee pot in room. No coffee cups or stir sticks in room in spite of coffee and a microwave being in the room. Smokers right outside the door to the parking lot. Patrons with dogs everywhere. Ridiculously high prices on vending machine items. Lots of fat women, and men who only knew Spanish. Eggs and sausage mix for breakfast tasted bad. Very crowded even though my stay was after the main vacation season. The shower was the best thing about my stay.
