Such a lovely experience to stay at your hotel for our anniversary. Our gentleman receptionist was extremely kind and very helpful with our car parking, our luggage and anything else we needed. It was such a pleasure to have such excellent customer service and it was much appreciated. Thank you for a delightful stay. Note: the seal on the shower door should be replaced to avoid water leakage on the floor

Jannick was an amazing host. This boutique hotel was so charming and very well located. We were in the annex which is in a separate building, but Jannick drove us to the building, carried our bags and made sure everything was to our liking! The breakfast is included and they has so many options all included. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is an excellent hotel for visiting Rothenburg. Its location is a minute walk from the Market Square. At check-in, we were greeted by Genghis, who was fantastic and warmly greeted us with a welcome drink and provided helpful information about visiting the town. Breakfast was delicious with many options (we are vegetarian). The hotel is a historic building, in keeping with the charm of Rothenburg. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower. Valet parking was inexpensive. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Great staff, very welcoming, room was awesome and clean, parking was not great as it was a ways offsite- but in a good walkable area. There was a mini fridge. The shower was new and amazing- like standing in a waterfall.
