Fantastic stay great room on floor 6 looking over the front of hotel, breakfast brilliant and great food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner very reasonably priced. Staff brilliant, friendly and helpful looking forward to staying there again Great position to bus and train station 2 mins walk away. Only 9 mins to Amsterdam train was just fab!

Property was a perfect location for my trip. Fun Quirky Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant in the evening. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Train station was just a short walk away. Two stops to City Central and One stop to Zaanse Schans Windmills. Once we learned to navigate the trains it was very easy to get around. Trains were clean and safe.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inntel Zaandam. The location was excellent and it was an impressive building. Room was clean and comfortable although decor was a little tired in parts and perhaps requires refresh. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of continental and cooked options, always fresh and delicious. The wellbeing suite was a lovely addition. Great stay for a family.

So fun to see the clever architecture outside! And couldn’t be any more convenient to the train station & all the restaurants & shops nearby. Lovely soaking tub in our suite room. On the whole, though, the service suffered. When we arrived, the hand soap was empty. Tissues were never stocked. One day no coffee creamer had been left. I called to request it and it NEVER came. Eventually we left to begin our day. The one thing I need in the morning is my coffee so this was so disappointing! No ice machine, no complementary waters in fridge…these were surprises for us as Americans. On the whole, just minor inconveniences & we still had a great stay (loved the bed/bedding) but could have been excellent and was just okay.
