things you need to do better
The location is very convenient. However the experience was mixed. The Lobby personnel poorly informed, I simply asked about how to return my rental. No one knew and the instructions I got was for walking there not getting my car back. No valet or cart at the entrance on Ground 0. I drove in with many bags...needed to take many trips no one at hotel offered any services or assistance. Also as expensive as this 8 hour stay was, the hotel rooms did not offer coffee in the rooms. Restaurants were not yet open. The machines in the hall way were dirty and no one placed cups so that we could use it. I realize theses things may appear small things really you are in the hospitality business and after coming in late and getting up early I started my 14 hrs return home without coffee.
