All the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and kind!!! The entire place was simply beautiful and well put together! Breakfast was healthy and substantial!!! Pool water was a perfect temp! I really enjoyed my stay at Les Cactus. It is a more lowkey no frills type of place, but the staff could not be nicer or more helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are nicely appointed. Pool and hottub were great. The morning continental breakfast was amazing—fresh croissants, granola, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. I would really highly recommend it for anyone coming to Palm Springs!

Clean room and the staff was friendly! The pictures of the bathroom were different. We thought we were getting a glass shower, but we did not. They should also do a better job explaining how to lock the door, as it’s not as intuitive as it should be. Even with that, the place was nice and everyone we met who worked there was very sweet!
