First time in Japan. Glad to have selected this hotel. We had a beautiful view of Yokohama bay. Great room....bath tub. Fitness room- a little tight but had sufficient equipment. The on site buffet- wonderful.

Good location right above subway line. Shop until you drop. A lot of good restaurants. I specifically like Compass buffet restaurant. Hotel room is clean and cozy. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and rebooking this hotel on my next visit.

I paid for a room on the 24th floor. Cost a bit more but the view is very worth it. Room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a little high for the offerings in my opinion.

Amazing view and excellent service The hotel offers a stunning view of Yokohama. The staff were very kind and attentive - even though the system was down and the check-in took a bit longer, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. The amenities were of high quality and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.
