Fabulous hotel in a great location. Relaxed atmosphere but staff really attentive and happy to help. Room allocated was great, spacious and good cleanliness and facilities. Wi-Fi was poor however on both mine and husbands phones. Pool and gardens were excellent, no problem with sunbeds although a lot were reserved before breakfast. Fresh iced water available at multiple stations around the pool which was a great idea. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, good quality and in a great setting. Would it hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Spotless room' great view. Staff were really kind and helpful. Pools were great, our 11 year old really enjoyed the slides. Food was delicious, and breakfast was mind-blowing, such a selection. Overall we were really pleased with our visit and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was magnificent. We paid a little extra for a suite and it was well worth it. The staff were always so polite and friendly. Couldn’t fault it. If you are going to stay in Penang make sure you stay at the Park Royal.

What a fantastic stay
Our room was very spacious and the bed most comfortable.
The shower was lovely with plenty of hot water and powerful.
Breakfast was very plentiful with a wide variery of foods.
The hotel complex was luxurious and in a beautiful setting. Loved it!

Great hotel, fantastic location, walkable to bars/restaurants/food courts/night markets, bus stop outside, as well as grab app,for travel to all Penang has to offer.
Fantastic Spa at very competitive prices.
This is a family resort and the pool area and breakfast can be busy.

Hotel on the beach with excellent location, great staff and services, great food, very nicely maintained garden. The downside that we noticed it was the smelling drain system in the bathroom, and the not so aesthetic local surroundings of the hotel .

Super friendly and helpful staff.The hotel is lovely, needs a bit of updating perhaps but we really enjoyed our stay.The main hotel’s business are conferences of all sort so you might prepare yourself for that aspect of it but didn’t bother us apart from one occasion when the entertainment was trying the music equipment and it was super loud but my concerns were listened to and the issue was resolved.
